Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated entry-level Graduate Engineer (Civil Engineering) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to apply classroom knowledge to real-world infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will support our team in the planning, design, and analysis of drainage systems, stormwater infrastructure, detention ponds, and flood studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of hydrologic and hydraulic models using tools such as
HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and SWMM. - Support senior engineers in designing storm sewer systems, detention basins, and open channel improvements.
- Analyze and interpret engineering reports, maps, drawings, and tests.
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and construction drawings.
- Conduct field investigations and site visits when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited program preferred).
- EIT certification or intent to obtain within 6 months.
- 0–4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of GIS or Civil 3D is a plus.
- Strong technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
