Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH – just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester. We’re actively hiring for a full-time IT Intern, with the opportunity to start in May and work until you need to go back to school.

The IT Intern will support the execution of assigned project(s) within a defined timeframe, working closely with the IT team. This role includes hands-on experience performing Microsoft Windows updates, assisting with system maintenance, and contributing to other IT-related projects. The position provides practical exposure to IT operations and project coordination.

Job Responsibilities

· Execute assigned project plans and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines

· Perform Microsoft Windows updates across systems and assist with ongoing maintenance activities

· Support IT-related projects, including system upgrades, equipment setup, and process improvements

· Collaborate with IT team members to track progress and communicate project updates

· Provide general technical support and assist with day-to-day IT tasks as needed

· Maintain accurate and organized documentation of project and system updates

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and organize data effectively

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to follow direction and perform job functions with supervision

· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team

What you will learn

• Operations of an IT department within a manufacturing facility.

• Teamwork with cross functional groups.

• Project management approaches, tools, and processes.

Education/Certification (s)

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
