The Data Analyst is part of Mamon11 Advanced Analytical team. The Analyst has specific responsibilities for running analyses, insights and application development for marketing programs across platforms. In this role the analyst will analyze media and client data to optimize media campaigns and their impact on clients’ business and marketing results. The Marketing Analyst will translate and leverage your knowledge of clients’ business models to conduct thorough data and performance analysis.

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Participate in some client meetings and presents performance reporting and insights
  • Liaise with the other media service-lines, strategy, project management, and client services
  • Partners closely with the media teams to understand changes within each media program and has the ability to assess how these changes impacted performance
  • Present complex insights and analysis in PowerPoint (or similar).
  • Write technical specifications to other team programmers and analysts
  • Maps and modifies analysis templates based on the client specific measurement plan
  • Conducts analysis in preparation for reporting deliverables to identify key performance drivers and to uncover actionable insights to inform media optimizations
  • Crafts the overall media performance story across paid (i.e TV, SEM, Display), earned (SEO, Social) and owned (website) media leveraging clear data visualizations to articulate performance and to communicate key optimization levers.
  • Uses advanced statistical techniques such as predictive models and segmentation to uncover key success drivers
  • Create and maintain reporting schedules and ad-hoc analysis requests across multiple clients to which your assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree/s in Economics, Statistics or Engineering.
  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding in one area of analytics: advanced statistical techniques, insight development, digital/media data collection & definitions, statistical modeling, data management, data visualization, web analytics
  • Comprehends the differences in marketing attribution approaches and their impact in performance analysis
  • Experience working specifically in analytics focused role or academic background
  • Passion for answering the question “Why?”
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledgeable in Word, PowerPoint, and with general Web based interfaces
  • Experience with digital media platforms like DCM, Programmatic Platforms, Adobe DMP/Web Analytics, Kenshoo,
  • Experience working with social platform analytics (e.g., Facebook, Twitter)
  • Required: scripting experience in Python, R, SAS, SPSS or SQL (at least entry level)
