Naterra International is a leading personal care company dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative, and ethically made products that inspire confidence and care in everyday routines. Our well brands — Tree Hut, Baby Magic, Bdy, and other emerging brands— are trusted by consumers worldwide for their authenticity and exceptional results.

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our organization across multiple departments. This internship program provides hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment, allowing interns to contribute to meaningful projects and develop key professional and technical skills relevant to their field of study.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support analysis across category shopper, and consumer data to answer business questions
  • Assist with pulling, cleaning, and organizing data from internal and syndicated sources (e.g., POS, panel, or survey data)
  • Help identify trends related to pricing, promotions, assortment, and shopper behavior
  • Build charts, tables, and summaries for internal presentations and selling stories
  • Contribute to insight readouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, and innovation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled as a junior or senior, or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
  • Must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsof tOffice applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Demonstrates a professional appearance, clear communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Interns must complete a final presentation at the end of the internship period to relevant stakeholders or team members to qualify for course creditor successful program completion.

Duration Period: 8 weeks from June 1, 2026 – July 24, 2026

Hours: 24hours weekly
