About the Role A Project Engineer supports the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role sits at the center of project delivery — coordinating between field teams, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep work on schedule and on budget. It’s a hands-on position that requires both technical know-how and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.

What You’ll Do – Assist in reviewing project plans, drawings, specifications, and submittals – Track project schedules, budgets, and progress; flag issues early and help develop solutions – Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure work is executed per plans – Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation – Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and progress – Support project closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation – Communicate project status and key updates to project managers and stakeholders

About You – Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field – 0–3 years of experience in an engineering or construction environment (new grads welcome) – Familiarity with Procore, project scheduling tools, or construction management software is a plus – Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball – Comfortable in both an office and a field environment – Good written and verbal communication; you can write a clear email and hold your own in a site meeting

Nice to Have – Previous construction internship experience – Experience with commercial construction projects – Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, or similar platforms

What We Offer – Competitive salary and benefits package – Opportunities for professional development and licensure support – Exposure to a wide range of project types across multiple markets – A team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously
